These terms govern your use of Career Zone with Ola. A starting template — please review with your legal adviser before launch.

Services

We provide career coaching, digital courses and related content. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors; while we bring deep expertise, we cannot guarantee specific results such as a job offer or promotion.

Bookings & cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. Coaching packages are subject to the terms agreed at purchase.

Course access

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content. Content may not be redistributed or resold.
